Tuesday update

Isn't peekaboo always more fun when you're sitting on the dining room table?

Sawyer is feeling much better and just has a little lingering cough that I'm sure will be gone in the next day or so. I, on the other hand, am sick now. Jeremy worked from home so I could lay on the couch groaning about how awful I feel and not have to watch the kids every second.

I've been taking the time to catch up on some reading. I've finished the first two books in the No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency series and working on the 3rd. I can't seem to put them down!

And I've been meaning to link to this story for awhile because it's so amazing. I would do this in a heartbeat and I love that she's being hailed as a hero.

Okay, back to the couch with my saltines and tea.

I love Sawyer's expression. I think he likes his big brother.

I love Alexander McCall Smith--the Sunday Philosophy Club series is also a fun read.

Look at how big the boys look! Sawyer looks less like a baby every day...as hard as it is to feel it some days, time really does fly, doesn't it?

Sorry you've got the bug...no fun and very little breaks for mamas, even with good papas around. Hope you feel better soon!

p.s. I like the way Jeremy signs his comments like Jesus is leaving you little notes...you must be pretty special to have him commenting on you blog :)

What a great pic! :D And yes, peek-a-boo is much more fun on top of the table. The only thing better is in a fort under the table. :p

On a side note, while at the library tonight I picked up a copy of the Death in Holy Orders. :D Let you know what I think when I'm done.

Tonight I will start it while sipping orange spice tea and dunking some cranberry/orange biscotti. Good times.

Shelly... Tell me what you think! I started it and then picked up these others so I have yet to finish it. I will soon though! And that biscotti sounds yummy!
